Q: Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of purchase, please check your junk or spam folder to see if the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If the confirmation has not arrived at either location, please contact support@mail.finefashion.shop

Q: Are the colors on the website correct?

A:

The photos on the website are as accurate as possible. However, the actual color of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our customer service (email: support@mail.finefashion.shop) for any questions.

Q: How much is shipping?

A:

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $49.99 (before tax). If your order is under 49.99 USD and you want faster express, the shipping fee is different, which you can choose according to your needs.

Q: How can I track my order?

A:

To view the status of your order, simply log into your account and click on "My Orders". Then select the order number you want to check. The delivery confirmation will be sent by e-mail within 7 days of the planned delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service. In some cases, we may charge a restocking or shipping fee if an order is canceled after it has been accepted for shipment.

Q: Can I change the item/color/model after ordering?

If you want to make a change, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, as our orders are shipped quickly. Once your items have been submitted, you cannot change them; if your items are not, we will help you change them.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:

Delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are delivered to the fulfillment center within 3-5 days of the order.
Delivery time: refers to the time during which the items are sent from our delivery center to their destination. International shipping usually takes 14-30 business days.
Q: What if I receive the wrong order or item?

If you receive incorrect items or your order is incomplete, please contact us and we will correct it. Customer service: support@mail.finefashion.shop.

Q: What if my product arrives broken/damaged?

A:

If the item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service within 30 days and we will exchange the item or give you a partial refund.

Q: IF I DON'T WANT THE GOODS FOR ANY REASON SPECIFIED?/CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Q: How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card?

A:

Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3-5 business days to transfer and 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card. If you still do not receive it, please first contact the issuing bank for information. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
