We hope you love what you’ve ordered! That is why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We understand that sometimes a product may not not 100% meet your expectations, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?

1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

2. Please note that shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be at your expense, except in cases where the product received was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.

3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at support@mail.finefashion.shop or use the contact form on our website. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

What is the return method?
1. Return By USPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office.
2. Return By UPS Return Label: You can either use the provided UPS return label or the UPS QR code.
① Use the UPS return label: Print the UPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest UPS Store.
② Use the UPS QR code: No need to print out a label; just show the UPS QR code at your nearest UPS Store and they will handle it from there.
